Have you considered the Medicaid Waiver Program?
Individuals who need a certain level of care and meet established financial criteria may be eligible for Ohio’s Assisted Living Waiver Program. Vancrest of Payne is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging to provide basic assisted living service and is currently accepting individuals enrolled in the assisted living waiver program.
Qualifications for Medicaid Waiver:
To receive waiver services, an individual must be eligible for Medicaid and have a limitation in one or more of the major life activities such as self care, learning, mobility, self-direction and capacity to live alone.
