Nursing Home
Skilled nursing is the most intensive level of care at Vancrest. It is provided around the clock. Skilled nursing refers to transitional or rehabilitative care that might follow an illness or surgery such as a joint replacement. Vancrest extends its skilled nursing services by not only providing short-term skilled care but also long-term care, respite care, and hospice care.
Ventilation Unit
Around the clock respiratory therapy (RT), along with experienced nursing and frequent pulmonologist visits, allow the residents at Rest Haven Nursing facility pulmonary unit to get the top-notch care they need for their complex medical conditions. The staff at Rest Haven are trained to handle all of your specialized needs. Our unit consist of spacious private rooms, utilizing the latest in ventilator technology.
Inpatient/Outpatient Rehabilitation
Skilled rehabilitation in the areas of physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our care is specially designed for each individual and their needs whether it be in the short term, long term, or outpatient settings.
