Long-Term Care

Rest Haven offers 24-hour, specialized Long-Term Care in private and semi- private suites Our services include: cardiac rehabilitation, stroke recovery, dementia care, critical care nursing and both psychological and spiritual support and more.

Rest Haven also offers private suites set up especially for Ventilator care. Rest Haven has around the clock respiratory therapy (RT) care, along with experienced nursing and frequent pulmonologist visits.  This allows the residents at Rest Haven Nursing facility pulmonary unit to get the top-notch care they need for their complex medical conditions.

Health Care
Our facilities and our staff are dedicated to providing a caring and secure environment that focuses on activities of daily living, nutritional encouragement, and restorative care.

Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation
We customize a specialized physical, occupational, or speech therapies program to meet your rehab needs with our own therapist with Therapy Solutions.

Respite
Respite care is designed to meet short-term care needs up to 30 days of care.

Ventilator Care
Around the clock respiratory therapy (RT), along with experienced nursing and frequent pulmonologist visits, allow the residents at Rest Haven Nursing facility pulmonary unit to get the top-notch care they need for their complex medical conditions.  The staff at Rest Haven are trained to handle all of your specialized needs. We accept residents that have chronic ventilator needs, tracheostomy, and non-invasive ventilators for both short term and long-term placement.  Our unit consist of spacious private rooms, utilizing the latest in ventilator technology. At Rest Haven we believe in promoting the best quality of life and care possible.

We’re dedicated to the emotional and social aspects of clients’ lives, as well as their physical needs. We bring top-rated health care right into the comfort of your home through our home health company, Fountain Park Home Care.

Special Care
We provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for those at risk, those that wander or other conditions that require specialized care.

P.A.R.K. (Parkinson’s Activity & Rehabilitation Klinic)
The P.A.R.K. program is designed to provide people with Parkinson’s Disease exercises and information to optimize their potential of function.

Hospice
We partner with providers to offer a program was designed so that loved ones can pass in comfort and with dignity, with the support of professional supervision
